In spite of the difficulties and restrictions caused by Covid-19, we decided to continue with the new formula of the annual international conference from the series “Arbitration and Mediation in theory and practice” which this year again will take place online and will be broadcast live on YouTube on May 14, 2021.
You will be informed in a separate e-mail about the exact time of the conference and the access rules.
The conference will be translated into English and Russian with the possibility of conducting discussion on the basis of previously recorded speeches provided to us. The discussion will be moderated in real time, enabling all participants to exchange views directly.
This year, we decided to take a closer look at the situation of the ADR under the conditions of the ongoing pandemic. Therefore, the topic of the conference is: “Did Covid-19 contribute to dehumanization of Alternative Dispute Resolution? “.
We would like to invite you to submit the topics of your speeches, and after they have been accepted, to record your speeches and send them to the conference organizer.
Speeches can be recorded in English, Russian and Polish and should not be longer than 15 minutes. Due to the tight timeframe of this year’s conference preparation and the need to perform translation and technical work, we have foreseen a relatively short deadline for submission of your recordings which should be sent to the organizer by April 14, 2020.
